How it works

Your customer connects

Aplicious presents an OAuth consent screen. The customer authorises read access to their Zoho Books, Xero, or other account. No passwords shared with you.

Credentials stored encrypted

OAuth tokens are stored AES-256-GCM encrypted in the Aplicious vault. Refresh tokens are rotated automatically. You never see the raw credentials.

Your product calls the canonical API

One endpoint shape works for every provider. GET /api/v1/connect/accounting/invoices returns the same fields whether the connection is Zoho Books or Xero. No per-provider integration code.

AI can use the live data

Pipe the canonical data through the Aplicious Intelligence layer. Your AI chat and narrative endpoints receive grounded, verified data — not stale training data.
