Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026 · Operated by Mahesh Naidu

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, generating an API key, or making a request to any APlicious endpoint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. API usage

Access to APlicious is subject to a fair use policy. Rate limits apply per plan tier and are enforced per API key — see /pricingfor tier-specific limits. You may not resell raw API responses as a competing API product — building an application on top of APlicious is encouraged; reselling our endpoints under a different brand is not. If you use the /rag namespace, you are solely responsible for the documents you upload — you must have the rights to upload that content, and you may not upload illegal content or material that infringes a third party's rights.

3. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Scrape or exceed the request volume permitted by your plan's rate limits.
  • Use the platform for any illegal activity, including fraud or harassment.
  • Impersonate APlicious or any other service when integrating our endpoints.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source code of the platform.

4. Intellectual property

APlicious owns the platform, its underlying source code, infrastructure, and documentation. You retain full ownership of the applications, products, and content you build using data returned by our API.

5. Service availability

The Free tier is provided on a best-effort uptime basis with no formal SLA. Starter, Growth, and Scale plans carry a 99.9% uptime target, monitored but not backed by a compensation policy. Enterprise plans carry a formal contractual uptime SLA with defined service credits, set out in the Enterprise agreement. Live system status is published at /status.

6. Payment terms

All payments are processed by Razorpay, supporting both INR and international card payments. Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout. First-time subscribers are eligible for a 7-day refund if requested before the next renewal.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. To cancel or downgrade your subscription, contact support@predintel.zohodesk.in — we process these requests promptly. Upon account deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

APlicious is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, APlicious and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
