Terms of Service

By creating an account, generating an API key, connecting a business system, or otherwise accessing any part of the Aplicious platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Where a separate signed agreement or order form governs your use (for example, an Aplicious Enterprise agreement), that agreement takes precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

Aplicious currently provides the following services, each subject to these Terms:

• Aplicious Capabilities — self-serve API access to a range of data and calculation endpoints. Available on Free, Starter, Growth, and Scale plans billed through Razorpay.
• Aplicious Connect — integration infrastructure enabling products to connect to third-party business systems (such as accounting software) via OAuth on behalf of their end-users. Currently in Early Access / BETA. Access is by arrangement; terms may be supplemented by a separate order form.
• Aplicious Enterprise — custom commercial arrangements for larger organisations requiring additional scale, contractual support, governance, or procurement requirements. Governed by a separate signed agreement.
• AI features (BYOLLM) — AI Chat and AI Narratives allow you to combine Aplicious-verified data with your own LLM provider key. Available within Capabilities plans.

Features or services labelled Beta, Early Access, or Preview are provided without any availability guarantee, may change materially, and may be discontinued. Your use of beta features constitutes acceptance of these additional limitations.

Access to the platform is subject to the rate limits and quotas of your plan — see /pricing for tier-specific limits. You may not resell raw API responses as a competing API product. Building applications, products, or services on top of Aplicious is permitted and encouraged; reselling our endpoints under a different brand is not.

You agree not to:

• Scrape or exceed the request volume permitted by your plan's rate limits.
• Use the platform for any illegal activity, including fraud, harassment, or unauthorised data access.
• Impersonate Aplicious or any other service when integrating our APIs.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source code of the platform.
• Use the platform to process data you do not have the right to process, including accessing third-party business systems without the authorisation of the relevant account holder.

If you use Aplicious Connect to connect third-party business systems on behalf of your end-users, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained all necessary authorisations, consents, and permissions from the relevant account holders before connecting their systems.
• Your use of connected third-party data complies with the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.
• You take responsibility for the downstream use of data retrieved through connections you initiate.

Aplicious acts as an integration intermediary only. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes to third-party provider APIs. Providers may modify, restrict, or discontinue their APIs at any time, which may affect the availability or behaviour of connected functionality within Aplicious. We will endeavour to communicate known provider changes promptly.

AI Chat and AI Narratives are powered by your own LLM provider key (“Bring Your Own LLM”). Aplicious supplies structured, verified data as context to your configured provider; we do not control the LLM's output. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regardless of the underlying data quality.
• You are responsible for validating AI outputs before acting on them, particularly for financial, legal, or medical decisions.
• Your use of your LLM provider is subject to that provider's own terms of service and privacy policy.
• Aplicious charges one quota unit per AI request regardless of the LLM provider's own token costs, which are borne by you directly through your provider key.

Aplicious owns the platform, its underlying source code, infrastructure, and documentation. You retain full ownership of the applications, products, and content you build using data returned by the platform. Data returned from third-party providers through Aplicious Connect remains subject to those providers' own intellectual property terms.

The Free plan is provided on a best-effort uptime basis with no formal SLA. Starter, Growth, and Scale plans carry a 99.9% uptime target, monitored but not backed by a compensation policy. Service levels, support commitments, and uptime terms for Enterprise arrangements, if applicable, are specified in the relevant Enterprise agreement or order form. Live system status is published at /status. Aplicious Connect and other Beta features carry no uptime commitment while in Early Access.

Aplicious Capabilities plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis, processed by Razorpay supporting INR and international card payments. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Aplicious Connect and Enterprise pricing is agreed separately. Payment, invoicing, and refund terms for those arrangements are governed by the applicable order form or agreement.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. To cancel your Capabilities subscription, contact support@predintel.zohodesk.in — we process these requests promptly.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any part of the platform immediately, without notice, where we reasonably believe you are in material breach of these Terms — including but not limited to exceeding rate limits programmatically, credential sharing, or fraudulent activity. Where suspension is not for cause, we will provide reasonable notice.

Upon account deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aplicious and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of revenue or data, or losses arising from changes to or unavailability of third-party provider APIs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including consumer protection law where applicable).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect where practicable.
