How status is determined: Each namespace is checked live by making a real fetch to its API endpoint (no API key). HTTP 401 or 200 = Operational (service is running). HTTP 503 = Degraded (namespace offline). HTTP 5xx or timeout (>4s) = Outage. Latency is actual round-trip time measured from your browser.
